A full refund will be issued, in case UStech Support is unable to resolve even a single issue within the first 30 days of the subscription date after that refund will not be entertained. After requesting for refund, the repayment amount will be credited to your account within the next 15 days.

If there are one or more resolved issues, the subscription fees will not be refunded. However, UStech Support may agree to refund on its discretion or on the basis of the particular cases after deducting certain charges for its customer services.

For our incident based subscriptions, you will be eligible for refund when any of the mentioned below criterion is met:

  • The issue is out the scope of the specific plan.
  • You already acquire the prerequisites which are necessary to resolve the issue until we are unable to resolve it.
